ACCOMMODATION SERVICE

How can I book an accommodation?

You can book your accommodation directly over the web following all booking steps. As soon as you finish your booking Epoca360 will receive your enquire. Epoca360 will check your enquire and come back to you in 24hours confirming your booking and giving you all necessary details to pay your reservation which will be only the 30% of the total amount.

How do I search for places with specific facilities, such as a swimming pool?

After you select your destination and the dates of your stay, a list of available properties is displayed. Look for the list of filters on this page, and you can choose one or more categories to refine your search, for example, you can search for property with specific facilities like a swimming pool.

Can I search by price?

Yes! Search as usual for a destination with your dates of travel. Once you have your search results, just choose to sort the results by 'price'.

How do I find services that are available only for the dates I want to stay?

To see only the properties that are available on your chosen dates, just specify the check-in and check-out dates before you start searching. This way you’ll only see results with availability on the dates of your stay.

What do I need to bring at the agency for the registration process?

We require from you your valid document to validate your reservation as well as the remaining balance of 70% of your booking.

Do I need to pay additional fees at arrival?

There are two extra fees that need to be paid at the day of arrival:

  • We are charging each of our guest (no matter the ages) with a fee of 40 HRK at them arrival which cover all the registration expenses.
  • There is a tourist tax defined by Croatian low that need to be paid on a daily basis by each guest visiting Croatia.

The price of the tax depend on the guest ages:

  • From 0 to 12 free of charge
  • From 12 to 18 50% off
  • Over 18 full price

We have children; can we get extra beds in the room?

Most of our accommodation allow to book an extra bed if needed. To be sure about which accommodation allow and which do not allow an extra bed, you need to check the accommodation details.

ACTIVITIES AND EXCURSIONS

How can I book an activity or excursion?

You need to go to the “activity and excursion” section, select the activity or excursion you are interesting in, fill all necessary details and click on the final BOOK NOW button. Epoca360 will check your enquire and come back to you in 24hours confirming your booking and giving you all necessary details to perform the activity or excursion payment reservation.

Do I pay the full price for my child(ren)?

Most of our activities and excursions has price reduction for children. You have to check the section tariff and availability of each activity/excursion to check the type of discount.

GROUP TOURS

How can I book a group tour?

Go to our section “group tours”, select the tour you are interesting in, fill all necessary details and click on the final BOOK NOW button. Epoca360 will check your enquire and come back to you in 24hours confirming your booking and giving you all necessary details to perform the group tour payment.

Can I modify the tour?

Our group tour are 100% modifiable. You can book the tour as it is or you can request a change on date, destinations, activity and/or excursions.

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS

Can I pay by credit cards?

At the moment we still don’t have active the online payment mode. We are working on that and until the end of the year we should have this option available. Until than we invite you to perform the booking by bank transfer method, which is 100% secure.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

If you wish to change or cancel the reservation, it has to be in written (e-mail or fax). By "change” it is considered a change in the number of people, or change of the dates of travel, at least 30 days before using the service.

First change of the reservation, if it is possible without extra expenses, will be made for free. For any more changes the customer will be charged the expenses of 15€ (cca. 113 HRK) per change.

If the change of the reservation is not possible, and the customer cancels a confirmed reservation because of it, lower mentioned conditions are applied.

The cancellation costs will be calculated from the date on which the agency receives a written request for the cancellation, and it is as follows:

  • For cancellations up to 30 days prior the arrival, the agency charges 30% of the full price of the reservation.
  • For cancellations between 15-30 days prior the arrival, the agency charges 50% of the full price of the reservation.
  • For cancellations between 7-15 days prior the arrival, the agency charges 70% of the full price of the reservation.
  • For cancellations up to 7 days prior the arrival, the agency charges 100% of the full price of the reservation.

How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?

Once you have cancelled your reservation you should receive an email confirming the cancellation. Please check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders. If you don't receive an email please contact us.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Can I book more services at once?

At the moment is not possible. To book more than one service you need to go through the booking process for each service. BUT, soon this option will be possible as we are working hard to enable it over the web.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

In case you made your reservation payment by bank account we advise you to let us know you perform the payment to prepare your booking. As soon as we receive the confirmation form the bank, which may least up to 24h, you will receive an e-mail from the agency which will contain booking confirmation, as well as necessary arrival directions.

When does reservation turn invalid?

Reservations can and will turn invalid during summer season or winter holidays only , if guest is late more than 3 hours after arrival time specified in reservation, without sending delay notification and specifying a new arrival time, via e-mail or phone. Given the bad weather conditions in pre-season, delays will be tolerated.

Do I need a visa to visit Croatia?

Visas are not required by visitors from the following passports for visit up to 3 months. Albania, Andorra, Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao, Macedonia, Malaysia, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, St Kitts and Nevis, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay, Vatican City and Venezuela.

Holders of a Schengen visa do not require a visa for Croatia for visits up to 90 days. A Croatian visa does not gain you access to the Schengen area.

For other countries, please check the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs website for visa requirements for Croatia. If you do need a visa, please contact the Croatian Embassy in your country (also detailed on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website) for more information on how to obtain a visa.

Russian, Ukrainian and Turkish citizens can start the process of applying for a visa for Croatia online at crovisa.mvep.hr.

I have a group who would like to come to Croatia, but visit as nearby countries. Do you facilitate group tours also above Croatia?

Yes, of course. We work on a tailor made travel principle. We invite you to contact us, let us know which countries your group would like to visit. There is no problem to organize such a tour.

My clients don't speak English very well. Can you offer a tour in Croatia, in their native language?

We can offer tourist guide services for many languages including, but not limited to: French, Dutch, German, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, English, etc. Please let us know your needs and we will find an a guide tour for you.

I'm a tour operator/travel agent/group leader from above. How do I book clients on one of your advertised tours?

You can book it directly over the website.
